Very peaceful, relaxed location. The sunset was really something to behold. Gorgeous gardens - the gardeners always seem to be doing something! The accommodation seemed brand new - very stylishly designed, just beautiful. The only negative was the locks on the doors were a little tricky to get used to. Restaurant was excellent, very flavorful food and excellent service. All the staff without exception said hello and smiled. Spa is a little tucked away but has plenty of pamper packages to choose from. Beach is shallow but beautiful - at low tide it goes a long way out and you can walk out a long way - actually I enjoyed this but swimmers may be disappointed. The sunsets and skies and natural surroundings were spectacular - I just wish I was a better photographer!
The locks on the doors took some getting used to. There is no local convenience store, but as long as you rent a motorbike/car you can nip down to Natorn (3km) so it's not really a problem. Main negative was going home :)

The resort is incredible, bungalows are very clean, modern and spacious. Staff were excellent and the food very good as well. It was an amazing experience. The beach is amazing, cristal waters, and clean. The location in the west of koh samui is excellent, much better than in crowded places as chaweng or others.
We booked for seven days and then we tell them to stay for two more, they agreed. When the seven days passed, we received a call saying that the hotel was fully booked and we had to leave. They recognise their mistake because they didn´t make the book, but we had to leave, that was an awful experience. Then they look for a similar place nearby to stay two days more, but is wasn´t the same. I would go again to the Passage, but i would pay very much attention to the booking and everything with the staff in order to be sure of everything.

I had an incredible time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach away from the busy areas and bustling streets. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to take long walks along the gorgeous beachfront. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was also amazing, with a spacious balcony and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was large and refreshing, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families as well.

Location, friendly staff
Airconditioners of neighbor villas are very loud at nights. Quite expensive restourant.

When they did not show up to pick us up at airport – when we had booked it two months in advance – at least the manager stayed at the resort until we arrived 1,5 hours late to apologize. That was a nice gesture.
Shower in bathroom not working, girl in restaurant gave us one drink, charged for two, gave us one bottle of water, charged for two – and ignored the big sign on the wall saying ”10% discount on new menu”. Would never recommend this to anyone. Ever.

The pool access villa was nice, roomy, and very clean. The lap pool was lovely to swim in. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly. It was always nice to see Noun and Ruok from the restaurant as they were always happy and welcoming. The restaurant at the resort offers a wide variety of Thai dishes as well as international dishes, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious.
Felt safe, no reason to complain.

Fantastic location - facing the sunset from the beach or pools. Away from the madness of Chaweng - but on Samui everything is easily reachable anyway and the resort provide shuttle to get you around or even bikes - plus car/scooter hire at good rates in the lobby if you need it. Very clean everywhere, great service. The staff were particulary freinly knowledgeable and helpful, sorting out a couple of issues I had (not with the resort but with flights) quickly and effectively even though it wasn't their problem. Great experience - a big thanks to all of the team at the Passage

3 good pools, nice villa.
beach is dirty, lots of broken glass and other rubbish. if you walk with the torch-light along the beach in the evening, you'll see so much dirt and rubbish, that you wouldn't like to enter the sea the next morning. A lot of rubbish and garbage right when the "border" of the hotel ends...

We had a blast with our friends trying out all the cool activities they had. We spent the mornings chilling on the beach, soaking up the sun and working on our tans. In the afternoons, we tried our hand at beach cycling, which was so much fun! We even went kayaking and snorkeling in the national marine park nearby. And let's not forget about the music - it totally set the vibe for our epic vacation.
If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's more options for nightlife and parties. We were looking for a little more excitement in the evenings and although the resort was peaceful and relaxing, we wished there were more opportunities to let loose and dance the night away.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and well-designed bungalow, complete with a refreshing pool terrace. The location of the resort in a serene cove with stunning sunset views was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The friendly and service-minded staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast options could have been better, with a wider variety and higher quality.

Staying at a lovely resort with warm and friendly staff makes a holiday so much more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach fringed by palm trees. Renting a bike through the resort was easy, and we could travel to other similar or better restaurants within minutes. Our room was top class, with comfortable King size beds and big windows bringing the outside in. We enjoyed the amenities like the beautiful swimming pool and the daily breakfast with a lot of choice, which we found great.
